<p> 1.) Purchasing Officer</p>
<p> Job Location: Benin City / Textile Mill Road, Edo<br />
 <br /> Employment Type: Full-time</p>
<p> <b>Job Description</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all customers are attended to within short period of time in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Scale all scraps batteries from suppliers and record same (both Kg/Pcs) to avoid discrepancy.</li>
<li>Prepare cash payment vouchers for every scrap transaction documented and approved for payment.</li>
<li>To facilitate the discovery of Scraps or fairly used battery which are classify as tested OK and confirmed their quality.</li>
<li>To coordinate the arrangement of Scrap Battery in the Warehouse properly and Assist where necessary in arranging them.</li>
<li>To ensure that all water in the battery are properly and well drain before purchasing takes place.</li>
<li>To monitor the Scaling Machine condition on daily basis for accurate scaling and recording.</li>
<li>Keep and track the stocks level through accurate stocks keeping records for both Inverter and Okada/UPS Battery</li>
<li>Reconcile all cash received and retire all unspent cash on daily basis.</li>
<li>Maintain updated records of purchased products and out of stocks products.</li>
<li>To ensure clean and friendly working environment at all time.</li>
<li>To ensure all Scrap suppliers money are paid either through Cash, Transfer, POS and other means as approve by the Management.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc Degree.</li>
<li>1 &#8211; 2 years of relevant work experience.</li>
<li>Computer Literate</li>
<li>Smart and good with numbers.</li>
<li>A female with sales or customer service experience preferred.</li>
</ul>

<p> Job Location: Oshodi / Mafoluku, Lagos<br />

<p> <b>Description</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, routers, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them across board.</li>
<li>Offer daily operations and systems support to IT Department across all our sales/purchasing outlets.</li>
<li>Monitor CCTV camera and escalate irregularities.</li>
<li>Setting up of computer LAN/WLAN for new outlet while providing solution to IT matters concurrently.</li>
<li>Verify functionality of hardware and software components.</li>
<li>Conduct consistent network backup operations.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.</li>
<li>Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.</li>
<li>Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.</li>
<li>Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.</li>
<li>Restricting access to unauthorized site, downloads and users.</li>
<li>Setting up accounts for staff, educate them on login and resolving issues arising.</li>
<li>Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety.</li>
<li>Maintaining records of software licenses.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or HND in relevant fields with 2 &#8211; 4 years of work experience.</li>

<p> <b>Job Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain proper knowledge of loaded items</li>
<li>Assist in loading and offloading vehicle with items to be delivered</li>
<li>Ensure that appropriate and complete documentation is available at the time of loading</li>
<li>Drive vehicle to the point of delivery by using the best possible route</li>
<li>Take delivery instructions from supervisors before any movement</li>
<li>Change vehicle fluids on a regular basis and Clean vehicle from the inside and the outside</li>
<li>Ensure that the delivery schedule is follows specification</li>
<li>Must be ready to work into night and weekend as the case may be.</li>
<li>Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.</li>
<li>Make sure that speed limits are adhered to in order to ward off possible misadventures</li>
<li>Ensure that the vehicle paperwork is in order and to also ensure that delivery receipts are signed</li>
<li>Fill in pertinent information such as mileage and delivery time in company provided log books</li>
<li>Ensure that both general and preventative maintenance measures are performed on the vehicle.</li>
<li>Daily monitoring of the vehicle condition and reporting any fault to Logistics Manager.</li>
<li>Giving adequate update on all vehicle document for renewal as at when due</li>
<li>Attending to other assignment as may be assigned by superiors or Management.</li>
</ul>

<li>Candidates should possess an OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 &#8211; 4 years of work experience.</li>
