<li>They are looking to hire a Salon Manager (preferably Male) to be responsible for its day-to-day operations.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />

<li>Lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services and maximizing profit.</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day operations of the salon, including opening and closing procedures, staff behaviour and customer intake procedures.</li>
<li>Manage inventory salon products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items.</li>
<li>Advise Management on any potential threats or issues.</li>
<li>Oversee appointment schedule.</li>
<li>Setting goals for each Employee, evaluating performance, providing training and overall guidance in liaison with the HR Manager.</li>
<li>Assist in recruiting Salon Staff that meets mandatory educational and licensing requirements.</li>
<li>Supervise training for salon staff in procedure, policy and health regulations.</li>
<li>Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for the salon&#8217;s needs.</li>
<li>Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes.</li>
<li>Ensuring that the Salon is clean and tidy at all times.</li>
<li>Staying up to date with new trends and styles in the industry.</li>
<li>Maintain constant communication with staff and Management.</li>
<li>Manage Facilities.</li>
<li>Report stock in and out and liaise effectively with the Inventory Manager</li>

<p> Key Qualifications Required </p>
<ul>
<li>OND or HND equivalent experience in management or administration</li>
<li>minimum of 3-4 years of extensive managerial experience.</li>
<li>Advanced organizational skills to manage staff and operations</li>
<li>Interest and ability to continue learning about market standards and changes in trends</li>
<li>Ability to multitask.</li>
<li>Ability to Provide excellent customer service and be a brand ambassador.</li>
<li>Knowledge of inventory management</li>
<li>Excellent communication and team-leading skills</li>
<li>Detailed knowledge of the beauty industry and customer needs</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure.</li>

<ul>
<li>To maintain sound accounting practices and internal control mechanisms that ensure that the company’s financial goals are met.</li>
<li>Assist with the formulation of financial strategies and plans for funding the company’s projects and operations.</li>
<li>Foster strategic relationships with key financial institutions to ensure quick and favorable treatment of the company’s financial transactions.</li>

<li>Experience in preparing and interpreting financial statements for internal and external use.</li>
<li>Professional Accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACA, or ACCA is essential.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience, a self-starter able to work with little or no supervision.</li>
<li>An entrepreneurial mindset is critical for this role.</li>

<p> <b>Duties and Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Perform thorough routine eye inspections including visual acuity measurement, refractions, Eye pressure measurement, and so on</li>
<li>Identify the patient’s visual alertness, field of vision, and hand-eye coordination.</li>
<li>Diagnose sight problems, such as near-sightedness and color blindness.</li>
<li>Promote eye health by teaching patients about proper eye care techniques.</li>
<li>Prescribe corrective lenses and medications</li>
<li>Contact lens fitting and Focimeter use</li>
<li>Take detailed medical histories for all patients, including current and past prescription medications</li>
<li>Provide pre-and postoperative care to patients undergoing eye surgery—for example, examining a patient’s eyes the day after surgery</li>
<li>Clearly document diagnosis and treatment plan, including referrals, therapeutic prescriptions and long-term medical management, in patients’ charts</li>
<li>Maintain communication with Nurses and support staff in order to optimize quality clinical care and service</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications and Experience Required</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree</li>
<li>1 &#8211; 4 years of work experience.</li>
<li>Current license to operate</li>
<li>Participate in the implementation of patient education, clinical support, and community outreach programs</li>
<li>Must be able to evaluate the results of a variety of diagnostic tests and decide on the best course of treatment for a patient</li>
<li>Must be able to clearly explain eye care instructions to their patients, as well as answer patients’ questions.</li>
<li>Customer service oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills</li>
</ul>
