<p> Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking an IT Program Manager (IT PM) to support Next Gen Rosy Boa requirements, wherein the contractor team provides a project manager for overall financial quality assurance across all Mission Partners.</p>
<p> In this role the IT PM will: </p>
<ul>
<li>Forge and maintain relationships with the client&#8217;s Finance team, Primavera team and Mission Partners for the life of the projects or services.</li>
<li>Manage financial schedules and milestones as defined by the client, to include notifying the client immediately if projects are at financial risk.</li>
<li>Work closely with other IT PMs on communications with Mission Partners so communications include technical as well as financial coverage.</li>
<li>Work with IT PMs to create Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for new and existing projects for client&#8217;s approval.</li>
<li>Create and maintain Customer Service Agreements (CSAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as necessary.</li>
<li>Provide quality assurance oversight to all IT PM generated CSAs and SLAs ensuring timeliness and quality of the client&#8217;s agreements for projects and services.</li>
<li>Train IT PMs on proper processing of CSAs and SLAs.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain documentation to support all client financial and reporting standards, processes, and requirements.</li>
<li>Track and maintain movement on all CSAs and SLAs in approval routing.</li>
<li>Create and maintain the client&#8217;s SLA weekly status reporting.</li>
<li>Create and maintain the client&#8217;s Working Capital Fund financial tracking mechanism and chair monthly meetings for the client and IT PMs to review the current status and future changes impacting division finances.</li>
<li>Support and respond to data calls as approved by the client.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience working on a team with a diverse cadre of experts.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience de-conflicting issues and managing risk across projects.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience creating and implementing a project strategy.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end delivery.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience communicating results to senior management.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex technical projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with MS Office Tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with Agile.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge and experience within the client’s IT systems.</li>
<li>Expertise working in a cost recovery model environment.</li>
</ul>
<p> Pay Range: Pay Range $108,550.00 &#8211; $196,225.00</p>
<p> The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.</p>
