<p> Minimum Experience &; Skills Required</p>
<p> 5 + years of IT Disaster Recovery experience</p>
<p> 8 + years of IT infrastructure operations experience</p>
<p> Familiarity of application SDLC</p>
<p> High level understanding of SQL and Oracle database (preferred)</p>
<p> Project Manager will assist with:</p>
<p> Disaster Recovery Runbook Documentation, Disaster Recovery Application Testing and Disaster Recovery Governance Assessment</p>
<p> Enhance the Disaster Recovery framework and improve resiliency within Tier 0 &#8211; 4 applications.</p>
<p> Review runbooks and recovery checklist for each application</p>
<p> Coordinate and facilitate interviews with application owners and infrastructure SMEs to identify and document the recovery processes that should be captured in run books.</p>
<p> Conduct reviews with stakeholders and finalize Tier 3 and tier 4 Runbooks.</p>
<p> Assess current state risks, impacts and gaps by application to be mitigated in target state design to meet RTO/RPO goals.</p>
<p> Work with application SME&#8217;s and Stakeholders to optimize configurations to improve recovery and resiliency (i.e. Zerto implementation, scripting, leveraging DDI, etc.) and work with the RSI PM to manage the backlog of improvement opportunities.</p>
<p> Work with the existing Program Manager to manage and track the backlog of optimization and automation initiatives for DR by application.</p>
<p> Assist with DR tabletop and failover exercises &#8211; planning and testing.</p>
<p> Assist with DR Runbooks audit &#8211; review/update/approval.</p>
<p> Assist to set up process and controls to keep the DR process evergreen.</p>
<p> Explore, review, and recommend tools to evolve operational resiliency.</p>
<p> Track and report on the status of progress, priorities, issues and risks to stakeholders and the Oversight Committee</p>
