<p> goeasy is looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager to work closely with the business on supporting its project priorities and intake, strategic planning and management of product roadmaps, defining business requirements, and ongoing support of business needs and issues. The person successful in this role will have a keen understanding of the business, how to navigate competing and changing priorities and ensure IT meets its needs.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>With a deep understanding of the IT department, effectively communicate with multiple business units and understand their technological needs.</li>
<li>Act as main point of contact between IT, Risk, HR, finance, marketing and other departments that rely heavily on technology for daily business.</li>
<li>Manage ongoing project intake process including scoping project estimates, timelines, development of business cases, and proposals.</li>
<li>Support Annual Strategic Planning through the updating and management of key artifacts including the enterprise business capability model, technology roadmaps, and factbooks for each business client.</li>
<li>Communicate with business leadership to evaluate joint initiatives and proposals to see how they align with established roadmaps and business priorities.</li>
<li>Manage IT co-op program including annual planning with IT clients, onboarding of new students through rolling semester program, management of student pool across projects and initiatives throughout the year.</li>
<li>Gather business requirements for strategic initiatives and programs, including overseeing and management of BA&#8217;s.</li>
<li>Working closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture, engineering/development, QA and UAT, support project delivery and ongoing releases.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required skills and qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a BRM role, including the management of business capability models and roadmaps is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Strong experience in a dynamic product management role, with proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.</li>
<li>High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.</li>
<li>5 years of experience.</li>
