<p><b>The position at a glance</b></p>
<p> As part of Global Banking Information Technology Americas, the Payments and Cash Management team has as a core expertise to lead innovation and deliver solutions for payments processing, SWIFT interfaces and Cash Management.<br />
 Business Analysts have strong functional &; business knowledge, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the Global Banking &; corporate business and IT footprint, in particular in the domains of payments, cash management and SWIFT.</p>
<p> In detail</p>
<p> Business Analysis </p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and stabilize the scope of business topics to be addressed / resolved</li>
<li>Identify and obtain the buy-in from the Primary Project Stakeholders and Sponsors</li>
<li>Leverage expertise and problem solving skills to propose solutions during each phase of the project</li>
<li>Drive the delivery effort by closely following up with key stakeholders, organizing workshops and committees as needed, creating and distributing meeting minutes</li>
<li>Ensure clear communication of goals, budget, risks, efforts involved, as well as on the progress of the project</li>
<li>Work closely with all functions &#8211; Front office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Information Security, Suppliers, IT Teams etc. to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.</li>
<li>Manage situations of conflict and constraints to ensure the success of the project.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<p> The strengths and skills that will help you succeed</p>
<p> Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with focus on IT, Business Administration or other relevant field of study. </p>
<ul>
<li>3-10 years of relevant industry experience in Global Banking</li>
<li>Expertise in Front Office and Operations (functional or in a project capacity), with knowledge of Global Banking activities</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of &; experience coordinating all steps of the software development life cycle.</li>
<li>Fluency in both French and English is required. Spanish or Portuguese are nice to have.</li>
<li>Excellent level of knowledge of Jira, Sharepoint, Clarity, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Excellent level of knowledge of Payments, SWIFT and Cash management.</li>
</ul>

<li>Must have excellent communication skills – Both written and oral.</li>
</ul>
<p> Knowledge of English is required </p>

<li>Must be able to professionally and efficiently manage situations of conflict and work with collaborators to arrive at a solution.</li>
<li>Needs to demonstrate the ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly.</li>
<li>Needs to show ability to multi-task and shift gears for various topics.</li>
<li>Must be able to demonstrate the ability to delve into complicated situations (issues, people, processes etc.), sort out the information and propose the solution/next steps.</li>
