About the Inkompass Field Sales
Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (“RBH”), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is looking for dedicated self-starters to be part of our Early Careers Program, a structured program anchored on RBH’s Talent Development Model designed to develop talent and accelerate their career progression

We offer dynamic and accelerated development and learning discoveries for 4 months, with the possibility of extension. Our learning ecosystem under this program includes functional rotations, skill development, behavioral training, coaching and mentoring, and team collaboration on projects. You get to enrich your knowledge and experience in the sales field by understanding and learning from others while performing key business roles.

Each co-op student will get an immersive, exciting, and inspiring experience for personal growth, balance, and engagement.

Commercial
Develop functional knowledge and understanding of commercial programs from strategy to execution, including offline and digital communications and engagement. Get exposure and experience through partnerships with HQ-based sales and marketing functions.

Field Sales
Develop adult consumer and trade understanding through direct engagement and exposure to adult consumers and retailers. Gain experience working with our field sales team and learn about sales office operations and processes.

Introducing and supporting RBH products and services in all assigned accounts within the defined territory. You will provide product education and support on all combustible and non-combustible brand families, support retailers, and participate in engagement programs. You will collaborate closely directly with retail owners/managers and front-line staff to build engagement and support for RBH products to grow RBH’s market share within your territory.

Responsible to handle and implement all assigned coverage, “Call to Action” activities, compliance with commercial agreements, and an assigned territory budget with set parameters.

Work on the expansion of RBH’s smoke-free product portfolio through direct communication with owners/managers and front-line staff to create awareness of our smoke-free vision.

Leverage your relationships within your assigned stores to build a successful network which will result in increased product awareness among legal-age nicotine users who have expressed an interest in learning more about Rothmans Benson & Hedges.

Who we’re looking for?

Students in their first to last year of studies, in relevant fields, including, but not limited to, business, marketing, and management.

Talent with a strong interest in sales and branding, communication, and marketing, the drive and curiosity to learn, and the ability to work well with others.

We’re looking for people who love working with adult consumers and achieving and going above and beyond when it comes to established goals.

The position is Hybrid, we’re looking for some candidates who are ok with working remotely but also attending industry events, being on the field, and maintaining relationships with real clients.

You must have access to a car, at least one (1) year of driving experience, and a valid driver’s license because you will be required to travel for this position like a regular field sales employee.

You need to be eligible to work in Canada, including international students and refugees.
