Job Brief
- We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
- Coordinate training and development programs to promote employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Payroll computation and salary schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, in a manufacturing/recycling environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
- Professional Qualifications is an added advantage i.e. CIPM and any relevant certification.
Expected salary: 250000 – 300000 per month
