<li>We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.</li>
<li>Coordinate training and development programs to promote employee growth and skill enhancement.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.</li>
<li>Oversee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration of new hires.</li>
<li>Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.</li>
<li>Payroll computation and salary schedule</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, in a manufacturing/recycling environment.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Professional Qualifications is an added advantage i.e. CIPM and any relevant certification.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Expected salary</b>: 250000 &#8211; 300000 per month<br />
