<p>Media personality <strong><a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/Chude-Jideonwo">Chude Jideonwo</a></strong> has opened up about how he fell into depression and how his depression saved him.</p>
<p>During a podcast interview, Chude Jideonwo disclosed that depression is the most important thing that has happened in his life.</p>

<p>He highlighted that <strong>depression </strong>is not a spiritual problem, just as many people see it, but is a spiritual crisis.</p>
<p><em>“Depression is not a spiritual problem like people see it as though demons are possessing you, No! Depression is a spiritual crisis often. Crisis of inner life. How you see yourself, how you see the world”.</em></p>
<p>Chude described depression as a tuch missed call however described it the best phase of his life.</p>
