<p><b>Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>We are looking for a young graduate to join our Internship program which in a short period would build the capacity to function as a permanent Associate with the responsibilities highlighted below.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Purpose of Job</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Testing the functionality and useability of new or existing software and ensuring it is bug-free before it goes live. To work closely with the developers, providing feedback on what needs improvement in order to produce top-quality programs that exceed customers’ expectations. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You also must be competent in executing test cases and be passionate about quality,</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Review and analyze system specifications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with developers for effective strategies and test plans.</li>
<li>Report bugs and errors to development teams.</li>
<li>Help troubleshoot issues.</li>
<li>Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.</li>
<li>Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.</li>
<li>Evaluate product code according to specifications.</li>
<li>Create logs to document testing phases and defects.</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications &; Experience</b></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum HND Degree or higher in any field, however, with a background software development.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Nice to have:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in SDLC and QA testing and other similar roles.</li>
<li>Experience in project management and QA methodology.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.</li>
</ul>
