The Windmill farm & Craft Market is seeking a qualified manager at newly acquired Windy Acres Farm in beautiful Finger Lakes of New York. The mission of Windy Acres Farm is to grow and sell fresh, quality produce and nursery stock for local and tourist customers. The manager will be in charge of nine greenhouses year-round with the position open to qualified candidates immediately. Involves managing a small team to grow flowers, nursery stock, and seedlings. Pay commensurate with experience. Three years minimum of nursery/greenhouse operation experience required. Equity/ownership options may be available.
