<p><b>Job description</b>: A large luxury 5* Hotel in Nigeria with over 320 rooms, is currently looking for a dynamic, experienced and dynamic food and beverage manager, with the following MANDATORY experience:- </p>
<ul>
<li>Formal qualifications</li>
<li>Must currently be holding a F&;B Mabager position in a large 4 or 5* property with over 250 rooms plus multi F&;B outlets and large banqueting operations for upto 800 guests.</li>
<li>Extensive prior multi F&;B outlet experience and accustomed to large volume operations &#8211; this is a pre-requisite</li>
<li>Prior African experience is preferred with Sub Saharan Africa exposure</li>
<li>Must have experience with international brand hotels such as Radisson, Hilton, Hyatt etc</li>
<li>Accustomed to working in hardship or remote locations</li>
<li>Financially astute, comfortable dealing with budgets and cost control</li>
<li>Creative culinary all rounder with good banqueting skills</li>
<li>Aged between 35 to 45</li>
