<p><b>Job description</b>: We are actively looking for ou next Finance and Administration Manager who will cover Nigeria and Ghana. You will be based in Lagos (Nigeria).</p>
<p><b>Your main responsibilities will be to :</b></p>
<p> · Ensure business processes, administration, and financial management.<br />
 Maintains accounting system and finalizes integration of new ERP.</p>
<p> · Lead planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.</p>
<p> · Review financial reports, prepare financial forecasts and monthly/quarterly management reporting</p>
<p> · Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance</p>
<p> · Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets</p>
<p> · Assist management to make financial decisions</p>
<p> · Supervise accounting, finance and IT teams</p>
<p> · Investigate means to improve profitability</p>
<p> · Review and processes payments of the company.</p>
<p> · Monitor customer credit and reminders to customers</p>
<p> · Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.</p>
<p> · Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.</p>
<p> · Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)</p>
<p> · Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests</p>
<p> · Perform companies legal updates</p>
<p><b>Profile</b></p>
<p> · Bachelor or Master degree in economics, finance, accounting, economics, or related field<br />
 10 years managerial experience (in Nigeria or Africa will be strongly appreciated)</p>
<p> · Your english level is professional at least, to speak french is a real added value</p>
<p> · You have good knowledge on US GAAP principles</p>
<p> · Known as organized, autonomous and able to manage multiple projects, you have also strong decision making skills and adaptable</p>
<p> · You have strong negotiation and financial modeling skills</p>
<p> Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a good advantage</p>
