<p> Job Position: Field Sales Representative</p>
<p> Job Locations: Lagos and Ibadan &#8211; Oyo<br />

<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive sell-out and revenue growth through effective communication of the company’s benefits.</li>
<li>Identify training needs and contribute to continuous improvement in sales performance.</li>
<li>Manage reporting, display visibility, and pricing strategies in stores.</li>
<li>Convert cash customers to credit, increasing revenue and store coverage.</li>
<li>Ensure route compliance, effective operational management, and build strong customer relationships.</li>
<li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback for strategic planning.</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective self-management, adherence to company standards, and proactive problem-solving.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or HND qualification with 1+ year of sales experience preferred.</li>
<li>Experience as a Field Sales Agents in companies such as Phone stores, MKopa , Palm Pay is an added advantage</li>
<li>Technical skills: Basic Excel proficiency.</li>
<li>Behavioral skills: Integrity, empathy, negotiation, problem-solving, motivation, result-driven.</li>
<li>People &; Leadership Skills: Adherence to company code of conduct, change embracement, active participation in team meetings, coaching and development of others, clear communication.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Expected salary</b>: 50000 per month<br />
