This is a commission-based position offering the potential to earn between 30% and 75% of your production.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable building relationships over the phone
- Upholds principles of integrity, confidentiality, and ethics
- Proficient in negotiation
- While a degree is preferred, it is not mandatory
- Consistent engagement in outbound activities to source clients and candidates
