<p><b>Job description</b>: Are you a recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a passion and interest in growing a career in digital marketing/Ad Technology? Are you creative, data-driven, and eager to learn? If so, you may be an excellent fit for our upcoming Winter 2024 DELVE Internship Program in Boulder, Colorado!</p>
<p> As a DELVE Intern, you&#8217;ll have the opportunity to &#8220;delve&#8221; into the world of media planning/digital advertising. This internship will last approximately three months (beginning in Jan/Feb and ending in April/May) with the potential to move to a full-time role thereafter. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven to learn, grow their career in marketing, with an emphasis in Paid Search &; Paid Social, and remain a valuable member of the DELVE team! You’ll also work on strategic projects and learn from a team of talented professionals.</p>
<p> <b>What we&#8217;re looking for:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Recent college graduate (or soon-to-be graduate)</li>
<li>Detail-oriented personality and excellent organizational skills</li>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>The ability to work under pressure and under time sensitive deadlines</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Must-haves:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Completion of three years of study in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration</li>
<li>Proven track record of successfully completing projects</li>
<li>A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher</li>
</ul>

<li>A hybrid work model &#8211; We work 3 days from office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday)</li>
