Business Partner for Canada and Rail Infrastructure, North America

Embark on an Exciting Journey with Siemens Mobility in North America as we seek a professional who can lead and execute on communications for Canada and Rail Infrastructure in North America.

Your responsibilities will include: 1. Leading the brand strategy in Canada

  • Lead the symphony of communications for Siemens Mobility in Canada, developing and executing strategies to captivate key markets and decision-makers.
  • Unleash your creativity in public relations, thought leadership, and event management supporting our business ventures, including upcoming bids and ongoing projects and energizing our employee communications.
  • Ensure our brand resonates across the region, working with customers to co-market project milestones and announcements, including managing video and photo shoots, press events, and marketing campaigns.

2. Supporting the Rail Infrastructure business

  • Working closely with senior leaders to compose and conduct internal and external communications that resonate with our goals and objectives.
  • Craft narratives that echo across our locations in the U.S. and Canada, providing strategic counsel and support for our business endeavors.
  • Manage strategic planning against business goals and objectives, site communication management across locations within the United States and Canada, leadership communications, video development, bid support and overall strategic communications counsel to the business.

3. Digital and Advertising Technician

  • Manage Canadian and U.S. websites, transforming them into engaging platforms that captivate our audience.
  • In collaboration with marketing and communications stakeholders as well as business units to update web content, brochures, documents, web tools, animations, infographics, videos, and images across the website.
  • Join forces with our global and U.S. digital allies, ensuring our online presence shines bright within the market, maximizing visibility and engagement.
  • Support strategic advertising campaigns that span the digital and traditional platforms.
  • Manage agency relationships, negotiating with publishers, and crafting campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • This includes paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, direct publisher buys, OOH and print/traditional advertising.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing business unit communications
  • Understanding of the Canadian rail market
  • French language skills
