<p><a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/kevin-de-bruyne"><strong>Kevin De Bruyne</strong></a> came off the bench to secure <a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/manchester-city"><strong>Manchester City’s</strong> </a>narrow 2-1 victory over <a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/leyton-orient"><strong>Leyton Orient</strong></a> in the <strong>FA Cup</strong> fourth round on Saturday.</p>
<p>The League One side took a stunning lead in the first half when Jamie Donley struck from 50 yards, with his effort bouncing off the crossbar and deflecting in off City goalkeeper Stefan Ortega.</p>
<p>Pep Guardiola’s side struggled to respond, with Jack Grealish, James McAtee, and Omra Marmoush all failing to convert chances before halftime.</p>
<p>City equalized in the second half in fortunate fashion as Abdukodir Khusanov unknowingly diverted Rico Lewis’ shot into the net.</p>
<p>With extra time looming, De Bruyne produced a moment of quality, running onto a Grealish pass and finishing past Josh Keeley to seal City’s place in the next round.</p>
<p>Orient pushed for a late equalizer, with Dan Happe volleying over in stoppage time, but City held on for the win.</p>
