<p><b>Job description</b>: Administrative Assistant needed in Sacramento for a locally-owned, internet sales company. This person will assist office operations with accurate tracking of sales and shipping. This is a full time, temporary to hire position for the right candidate who can complete the duties below.</p>
<p><b>Duties include:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepares sales listings.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Shipping/Receiving documentation and assistance</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Answering and screening calls.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Data entry of sales and listing information into MS Excel. Monitors changes and updates as needed.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Communicates with customers via phone and email.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be highly customer service-oriented.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to maintain high level of accuracy</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must have prior office experience in a similar office role.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Minimum HS Diploma/GED</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>
</ul>
<p> Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.<br />
