<p> The team you would join:<br />
 <br /> The EasyBuy Direct Sales team is the market facing arm of Sun King&#8217;s pay-as-you-go (PAYG) direct to consumer sales business. The Easy Buy Direct Sales team is in charge of recruiting, managing, and supervising the company&#8217;s network of thousands of commission sales agents, called “Energy Officers” that promote and sell Sun King&#8217;s PAYG solar solutions and provide customer ongoing service in their local territories.</p>
<p> Through the EasyBuy PAYG solar business model, customers can purchase a Sun King solar home solution by making a small down-payment up front and paying the remaining balance through a series of installments over a period of time.</p>
<p> <b>About the role:</b><br />
 <br /> we are looking for a senior seasoned sales professional, who will set up, build and manage Sun King&#8217;s expansion into Nigeria. This is a leadership position which takes full strategic and tactical<br />
 <br /> charge of all business functions of the EasyBuy business.</p>
<p> What you would be expected to do; </p>
<ul>
<li>Hire, train and manage high performing teams.</li>
<li>Drive revenue and profitability targets</li>
<li>Design and manage high quality customer journey</li>
<li>Research and build products for Nigerian customers needs</li>
<li>Liaise with Sun King&#8217;s multi-national teams spread across Africa, Asia and Europe.</li>
<li>Coach and mentor, all direct reports on daily, weekly and monthly tasks.</li>
<li>Ensure that all teams have the required tools and materials for trade execution.</li>
<li>Ensure that all companies in the same space activities are countered with effective strategies.</li>
<li>Ensure visibility in the trade is high.</li>
<li>Ensure that all costs and expenses are kept within acceptable levels and within budget.</li>
</ul>
<p> You might be a strong candidate if you: </p>
<ul>
<li>Has a degree in a Business-related field OR equivalent.</li>
<li>At least 3 years international business and expansion experience.</li>
<li>At least 4 years senior management sales experience within the solar space or similar industry.</li>
<li>Experience in the Solar Industry is a strong advantage for this role.</li>
<li>Experience in building businesses for the under-served population.</li>
<li>Has experience in working with multinational teams</li>
<li>Has excellent Computer knowledge with comprehensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Creative and innovative in your thinking, test out ideas and also cost conscious.</li>
<li>Is excellently skilled in Planning, Organizing, Prioritizing, Maximizing value and see the big picture</li>
<li>Is able to skillfully builds relations, work on internal &; external relationships.</li>
<li>Listens well, coaches&#8217; others and is disciplined in their learning practice.</li>
<li>Has Operation Excellence and a strong business acumen.</li>
