<p> As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for: </p>

<li>Handling a range of work including private M&;A, private equity, shareholder agreements, equity fundraising, corporate rationalisations, general corporate advisory and more.</li>
<li>Advising clients and tailoring solutions for their often complex and individual needs.</li>
<li>Engaging in business development and client seminars etc.</li>
<li>Utilising exceptional client care skills.</li>
</ul>
