Salary: £66-80k – depending on experience

Our client is a highly respected Legal 500 and Chambers ranked regional law firm. With a Tier 1 corporate & commercial team, they advise on behalf of a multitude of clients both in the UK and internationally including, multinationals, FTSE 100 conglomerates, owner managed business and HNW individuals. This high-profile and knowledgeable team are now seeking a new addition to their corporate department.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a range of work including private M&A, private equity, shareholder agreements, equity fundraising, corporate rationalisations, general corporate advisory and more.
- Advising clients and tailoring solutions for their often complex and individual needs.
- Engaging in business development and client seminars etc.
- Utilising exceptional client care skills.
This team possesses some of the finest and most knowledgeable corporate lawyers outside of London, providing an ideal environment for ongoing mentorship and development, whilst tackling high-profile and rewarding matters.
