<p> We are seeking Cooks with Bartending Experience for our clients in the Hospitality and Food Services Industry. The ideal candidates will be passionate about culinary excellence, possess proficiency in preparing a wide range of dishes, and have the ability to handle bartending duties when required.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p> Food Preparation and Cooking: </p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and execute menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation</li>
<li>standards.</li>
<li>Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant&#8217;s high standards.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.</li>
</ul>
<p> Bartending: </p>
<ul>
<li>Serve customers by mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per the</li>
<li>restaurant&#8217;s beverage recipes.</li>
<li>Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and comply with all relevant liquor laws and</li>
<li>regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area.</li>
</ul>
<p> Collaboration: </p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with the kitchen team and servers to ensure timely food and beverage service.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy</li>
<li>periods.</li>
</ul>
<p> Adherence to Safety and Hygiene Standards: </p>
<ul>
<li>Adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Schedule:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Day shift</li>
<li>Evening shift</li>
<li>Monday to Friday</li>
<li>Weekend availability</li>
</ul>

<li>Proven experience as a Line Cook and Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.</li>
<li>Knowledge of various beverages and mixology techniques.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting.</li>
<li>Food Safe and Serving It Right certification preferred.</li>
</ul>
