PC<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> This role is within the RWE Renewables Offshore Wind Development UK and Ireland Consents and Permits Team&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> The Consent Manager &lpar;CM&rpar; supports the onshore or offshore consent manager on Consenting activity on current and future offshore wind projects&period; The role will support the many aspects of project development including delivering and maintaining the necessary consents for the project&period; The role may be allocated to one particular project at a time or provide support across a number of projects on discrete packages of work&period; It is anticipated that the first project assignment would be to the Five Estuaries Offshore Wind Development Project to provide support to the consent managers through DCO Examination&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><b>Key responsibilities include&colon;<&sol;b><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> Pre-Consent Project Work&colon; <&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Support the Onshore or Offshore consent manager with internal and external workstreams related to the consent applications&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Acting as the primary interface to specific contractors and stakeholders as requested by the onshore or offshore consent manager<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Relevant stakeholder management and relationship-building activities&comma;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Interfacing between the consenting workstreams&comma; and relevant engineering and design workstreams&comma;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Providing guidance to the key offshore EIA consultants with support from the onshore or offshore consent manager&comma;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Support with submission of consent applications and support for the application through the examination process&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Work where needed with the land transaction manager to provide required information for and support with securing required land and access rights for the project&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<p> Post Consent Project Work&colon; <&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Ensuring consent compliance&comma;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Stakeholder management including government&comma; local authority&comma; public&comma; the Crown Estate&comma; regulatory bodies and other relevant stakeholders&comma;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Overseeing current consent applications &lpar;e&period;g&period; port infrastructure&rpar; and licence variations&comma;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Liaison with site construction team&comma; responding to their requirements and ensuring their compliance with necessary consent conditions and statutory requirements&comma;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Assist in the implementation of community funding initiatives linked to the wind farm&comma;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Assist the land transactions manager with land related issues arising throughout construction<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<p><b>Knowledge and Skills&colon;<&sol;b><&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Well organised and able to complete multiple discrete tasks&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Be highly motivated and have the ability to work to specific project deadlines<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Have good communication and interpersonal skills at a range of levels internally and externally&comma;
