Their comprehensive range of services includes dispute management, quantity surveying, project management, fund monitoring, building surveying, corporate services, and insurance services, they provide a holistic approach to meet each client&#8217;s unique needs.</p>
<p> They have a wealth of varied and extensive project experience spanning across multiple sectors including residential, education, industrial, commercial, retail, healthcare, and leisure.</p>
<p> They are now recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join their surety advice team.</p>
<p> The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>Chartered QS</li>
<li>10-15 years&#8217; experience with Tier 1 / 2 main contractor</li>
<li>Claims experience preferred.</li>
<li>Some PQS experience would be beneficial.</li>
<li>Ability to work in challenging environment on multiple matters involving construction insolvencies.</li>
<li>Training will be given in the specific field of surety, but a sound commercial manager experience is fundamental to the role.</li>
<li>Outgoing personality</li>
<li>Good literacy skills, ability to construct narrative reports.</li>
<li>Prospect of quick promotion within a new formed team serving the surety market.</li>
</ul>
