They have a wealth of varied and extensive project experience spanning across multiple sectors including residential, education, industrial, commercial, retail, healthcare, and leisure.
They are now recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join their surety advice team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Chartered QS
- 10-15 years’ experience with Tier 1 / 2 main contractor
- Claims experience preferred.
- Some PQS experience would be beneficial.
- Ability to work in challenging environment on multiple matters involving construction insolvencies.
- Training will be given in the specific field of surety, but a sound commercial manager experience is fundamental to the role.
- Outgoing personality
- Good literacy skills, ability to construct narrative reports.
- Prospect of quick promotion within a new formed team serving the surety market.
