<p> As a Social Worker specializing in Children &; Families, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. You will work closely with families, children, and partner agencies to assess needs,</p>
<p> develop care plans, and provide support to ensure the best outcomes for vulnerable children.</p>
<p> Responsibilities: * Conduct assessments of children and families to identify risks, needs, and strengths. </p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement care plans, ensuring they are child-centered and family-focused.</li>
<li>Provide direct support and intervention to children and families, addressing issues such as child protection, neglect, and family breakdown.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner agencies, and community resources to provide holistic support.</li>
<li>Participate in case conferences, court proceedings, and other relevant forums as required.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and case notes.</li>
<li>Advocate for the rights and best interests of children and families.</li>
</ul>
<p> Qualifications: * Social Work degree or equivalent qualification. </p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a social work role, preferably within Children &; Families services.</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies governing child protection and family support in the UK.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li>
<li>Empathy, cultural competence, and a commitment to social justice.</li>
</ul>
