The Nollywood industry has been thrown into mourning following the passing of Chijioke Ike, a veteran actor and producer.
The passing of the actor was announced by Stanley Ontop, a controversial Nollywood producer, in an Instagram post.
According to Stanley Ontop, Chijioke Ike passed away due to a sudden slump at a family meeting in his hometown.
Furthermore, Stanley described the actor’s death as an ‘irreplaceable loss’ to Nollywood.
His post reads, “Black Day for Nollywood eastern part as we lost a vibrant Nollywood producer and market @globalgoldenmovies 💔😭💔😭💔💔💔💔💔😭.This one pain me ooo😭💔😭😭”.
