<p><strong><a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/cameroon" rel="noopener">Cameroon</a></strong> picked their ticket for<strong> Africa Cup of Nations</strong> round of 16 after beating <strong><a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/?s=gambia" rel="noopener">Gambia</a></strong> 3-2 at the Stade de la Paix on Tuesday.</p>
<p>Goals from Karl Toko Ekambi, James Gomez, Christopher Wooh saw the Indomitable Lions pick all three points from the match, after a disallowed Gambia goal in the dying minute.</p>
<p>The first half of the encounter ended with no luck for both sides, but it was Cameroon who had the breakthrough 11 minutes into the second half, with Ekambi’s goal.</p>
<p>However, Gambia responded and quickly took the lead in the 85th minute, bringing the match to 2-1.</p>

<p>Cameroon had to fight their way back into the game two minutes after and succeeded in sealing the victory in the stoppage time.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the win would have been insufficient if Guinea picked a point in their clash against Senegal, but the defending Champions walloped their opponents 2-0, maintain a flawless record in Group C, with three wins in three games.</p>
