<p>A <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/lady"><strong>lady</strong></a> simply identified as dodo, has stated that calling her friend’s boyfriend “<em>uncle</em>“, is too local.</p>
<p>Dodo in a tweet on her X page, opined that calling her friend’s boyfriend an uncle just because she’s trying to be respectful is weird and local.</p>
<p>She wrote, “<em>Calling your <strong>friend’s boyfriend</strong> “Uncle (his name)” because she asked you to/you’re trying to be ‘respectful’ is actually just too <strong>local</strong> mehn.</em></p>
<p>This has sparked a buzz on the social media as various women have given their opinions on how their friends boyfriends should be addressed.</p>
