Antoine Semenyo then sealed the victory with Bournemouth’s third goal.
Despite efforts from Bruno Fernandes and Amad Diallo to claw back into the match, United’s defense, particularly exposed on set-pieces, couldn’t handle Bournemouth’s tactical approach.
The absence of key players like Victor Lindelof and Mason Mount due to injuries didn’t help, but the performance from the squad was a stark reminder of the work that lies ahead for Amorim.
