Assistant Professor, Health Economics and Health Policy
The Department of Economics and the Department of Equity, Ethics and Policy invite applications for a joint tenure-track position in Health Economics and Health Policy. The appointment is expected to be at the rank of Assistant Professor. The departments are interested in candidates who bridge economics, public policy, and clinical medicine, and have expertise evaluating how clinical innovations impact care and outcomes in real-world settings. The position start date is August 1, 2024.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Candidates should have completed their PhD or be near completion. An applicant’s record of performance must provide evidence of an innovative research portfolio. In addition, the successful candidate is expected to show a capacity to teach, mentor, and support students of diverse lived experiences, with a particular attention to women and other designated groups that are underrepresented in the discipline.
