<p> The candidate should be a young CA /MBA (or seasoned semi qualified Accountant) with strong conceptual, financial analytical skills. He should be highly organized, methodical, hardworking and ability to work under stress</p>
<p> Qualification: CA/MBA (1-2 Years’ Experience) or Semi Qualified CA (+5 years’ experience)</p>
<p> Preferred Background: Manufacturing</p>
<p> <b>Job Profile:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for operational accounts matters including accounting for receipts, payments, sales, journal vouchers etc.</li>
<li>Responsible for inventory control, physical verification of stocks, control &; management of warehouses</li>
<li>Responsible for Banking operational matters like fund transfers, opening Form MS, follow up with Banks for Letter of Credits, review bank charges</li>
<li>Job Costing for manufacturing batches</li>
<li>Preparation &; Presentation of management reports for stock, debtors, payable, fixed asset, schedules for various balance sheet items</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of Yearly / Monthly Forecasts for Profitability, Cash Flow</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of Monthly Management Accounts (P&;L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) in fullest detail, analysis of variance of actuals vs. forecast. Monthly closure of accounts</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of costing of various products and advise management on profitability of various products</li>
<li>Liasioning with Statutory auditors for preparation &; finalization of Yearly Audited Accounts</li>
<li>Responsible for Credit Control for Sales and Debtors</li>
<li>Responsible for review and disbursement of Local Staff Salaries</li>
<li>Periodic Physical verification of stocks, identify differences with book stock and highlight to management for decisions</li>
<li>Processing of Staff Salary</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Required Skills:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Strong accounting skills and well adept in products costing</li>
<li>In depth understanding of book keeping, cash flow management</li>
<li>Very Good Communication Skills</li>
<li>Very Good Financial Analytical skills.</li>
<li>Should be process oriented and be able to suggest improvements in the current processes</li>
<li>Proven track record of value addition in previous jobs.</li>
<li>Strong IT Skills (MS Excel, Power Point, MS Word etc.) &; Hands on experience of working in ERP Environment</li>
<li>Experience of SAP ERP</li>
<li>Ability to accept and overcome challenges. Should be ready to work hard under stress</li>
<li>Should be a team player</li>
