<p> Appliance Sales Operations Coordinator will help keep our newest business moving. They enable all parties involved in an appliance sales to operate at their best. They play a vital role in key administrative functions with order management, customer communication, delivery operations, and other day-to-day activities that help our team succeed.</p>
<p> <b>Responsibilities:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>General sales operation administration work for both professional contractor sales and retails sales including but not limited to order change(s) follow-up, appliance vendor claims, delivery partner liaison, reverse logistics oversight, and sales associate point of contact.</li>
<li>Promptly completes ad hoc &; daily tasks, inventory movements, sales review, and schedules/reschedules certain deliveries &; returns.</li>
<li>Communicates information and priorities to associates, and partners, and ensures they have the direction and tools needed to complete their tasks</li>
<li>Assists the Appliance Sales Manager with reporting, day-to-day management, oversight, and performance management</li>
<li>Handles associate and customer concerns in a fair and professional manner</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>University degree or 2 years’ experience in a related field</li>
<li>Is organized and able to manage changing priorities</li>
<li>Safety mindset</li>
<li>Change agent with ability to implement process improvement</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Can handle confidential information in a way that builds trust</li>
<li>Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to leverage technology for project management, analysis, reporting, and problem solving</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite</li>
