<p> <b>Job Summary</b></p>
<p> As a CN Data Governance and Quality Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work within the Data Services group across multiple areas such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Privacy &; Data Masking. Job responsibilities for a Data Management Analyst may vary by area. This may include, but is not limited to the following:</p>
<p> · Analyze data with data profiling and visualization tools in order to identify issues and recommend improvement actions.</p>
<p> · Design and build data pipelines and data quality rules to move and validate the data, as well as dashboards and metrics to monitor.</p>
<p> · Implement Data Masking pipelines to ensure sensitive information is protected with appropriate de-identification methodologies.</p>
<p> · Collaborate with business and technology partners to define, develop and document detailed business, data and governance requirements.</p>
<p> · Participate as a member of agile team focused on developing new capabilities, including daily scrums and sprint planning.</p>
<p> · Collaborate with project managers, data developers, product owners, data SMEs, integration managers and other stakeholders to deliver an end-to-end capability from concept to production-deployment.</p>
<p> <b>Requirements</b></p>
<p> · Completed a relevant technology program such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, Mathematics or Data Analytics or comparable experience for 5 years.</p>
<p> · Strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to deliver message and ideas effectively to diverse audiences such as business, development, quality engineers and management stakeholders.</p>
<p> · Experience in Informatica Data Management Cloud including Cloud Data Quality, Cloud Data Integration (previously IICS), Cloud Data Profiling or similar technology.</p>
<p> · A thirst for constantly exploring emerging technology such as Databricks, Tableau, Informatica, Cloud Platforms.</p>
<p> · Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps and Confluence.</p>
<p> · Proficient with Excel, Visio, SQL, some reporting and analytical tools.</p>
<p> · Understands Data Modeling concepts.</p>
<p> · Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently, as well as part of a team.</p>
<p> · Experience with technology project delivery and agile delivery methodology would be an asset.</p>
<p> · Some prior experience with creating visualization such as Process and Data Flows.</p>
<p> · Good documentation skill; can produce data mapping between Source and Target</p>
