Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will oversee the operations of the Hotel and provide professional advisory and executive support.
- He/She must enhance guest experience to help drive occupancy and focus must be on guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all Hotel rules and regulations.
- Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities and policies
- Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings in the hotel.
- Ensure security systems are effective.
- Possess a high level of marketing skills so as to drive businesses into the hotel for revenue growth.
- Ensure that all financial targets are achieved.
- Ensure continuous patronage of clients to the hotel.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Hospitality or any relevant field.
- Must possess adequate experience in Hotel Management.
- Must possess great managerial, communication and leadership skills.
