<p>Media personality, Tosin Silverdam has questioned why men are always blamed when things go wrong in their marriages.</p>
<p>He posed this question following the backlash <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/2face"><strong>2Face</strong></a> received from the public after announcing his divorce to <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/?s=annie+idibia"><strong>Annie Idibia</strong></a>.</p>
<p>Recall that Annie and 2Face have been facing ridicule in the Young, Rich and Famous reality show.</p>
<p>2Face however announced that they have been separated for a while and he has started <strong>divorce</strong> proceedings.</p>

<p>This announcement resulted to a lot of backlash for the singer from the public.</p>
<p>Reacting to this, <strong>Tosin</strong> lamented that men are always blamed for anything that goes wrong in their relationships and <strong>marriages</strong>.</p>
<p>He stated that if Annie had been the one to announce her divorce from 2Face, she would have garnered lots of applause and support from the public.</p>

<p>He maintained that the <strong>backlash</strong> on 2Face is hypocritical especially from celebrities championing the cause like <strong>Toke Makinwa.</strong></p>
<p>He wrote, “<em>Why are they blaming the men? Toke Makinwa and others are already blaming 2Face for his marriage separation and announcement.</em></p>
<p><em>“What if it was Annie Idibia that announced it first, they would support her and give her kudos.</em></p>
