<p> Make an impact with our Creative Marketing team as a Written Communications Specialist (Bilingual). This diverse team of professionals thinks outside the box to develop creative and innovative marketing programs. As a trusted advisor, you’ll produce exceptional marketing solutions, from concept to production, and you’ll collaborate on campaigns that promote, protect and position MNP’s brand.</p>

<p> <b>Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Write, edit, and update fit for format copy, for online and print communications, advertising, collateral, websites, and social media</li>
<li>Develop and manage a consistent “voice” for the firm through written communications, ensuring all communications adhere to MNP’s brand standards</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with national and regional marketing managers to produce assets that align with communications best practices and MNP’s strategic marketing objectives</li>
<li>Liaise with designers, marketing managers and other stakeholders to gather information for compelling copy</li>
<li>Understand the nuances of voice and content for different regions, services and industry groups</li>
<li>Complete research to ensure content is accurate and up to date</li>
<li>Work closely with digital marketing specialists to build search optimized content (SEO)</li>
<li>Ensure quality control and review of translated content (English to French) for our corporate and customer sites</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada standards and stipulations for rules in advertising</li>
<li>Maintain competitive industry knowledge</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Skills and Experience</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Creative Writing or Journalism</li>
<li>5+ years of written communication experience</li>
<li>Strong understanding of journalistic best practices and marketing principles</li>
<li>Excellent French (oral and written)</li>
<li>English communication skills an asset</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Professional services or agency experience is considered an asset</li>
<li>Experience in creating innovative content (e.g., SEO posts, informative articles, white papers, etc.) is considered an asset</li>
<li>Knowledge and understanding of generative artificial intelligence is considered an asset</li>
