<p> <b>About the Role:</b></p>
<p> We have a full-time vacancy within in our Depot network for an experienced Coordinator.</p>
<p> We are looking for someone with accuracy, good administration and telephone skills, ability to use Microsoft packages and a desire to learn and be part of the team.</p>
<p> <b>About You:</b></p>
<p> The successful candidate must have experience of working in a busy office for a minimum of 12 months, excellent IT skills (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new in-house IT systems. You will be responsible for the smooth running of all administrative procedures as well as implementing and identifying areas where improvements can be made.</p>
<p> <b>The Role:</b></p>
<p> Is reactive and integral to the fluidity of the operational teams &; managers.</p>
<p> You will be responsible for the efficient communication between operational and commercial teams to ensure all works on site are tracked correctly to allow for prompt closures and billing.</p>
<p> You will be tasked with the collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details, absence requests as well as carrying out a weekly analysis of wages, timesheets and whereabouts.</p>
<p> Monday to Friday 37.5 hours</p>
<p> Tasks will be varied and include: </p>
<ul>
<li>Liaising with our procurement team, transport team and training team</li>
<li>Raising of purchase orders through our online portals</li>
<li>Organization of vehicle maintenance calendars</li>
<li>Arranging and tracking works permits</li>
<li>Supporting with risk assessments &; method statements,</li>
<li>Collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details</li>
<li>Logging absence requests</li>
<li>Carrying out a weekly analysis of wages, timesheets and whereabouts</li>
