<p> We&#8217;re looking for a UHNW Client Account Manager to:<br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>support a team of Investment Advisors and Relationship Managers in delivering an exceptional client service and experience providing administrative and organizational support in all client related processes</li>
<li>be a point-of-entry contact for beneficial owners and their trusted advisors regarding account queries, orders, payments, stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits etc.</li>
<li>assist with and co-ordinate account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring of client activities and support with documentation for client meetings and business trips</li>
<li>research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements</li>

We are a diverse team of senior investment professionals delivering an excellent client experience showing the best of UBS to our UHNW clients. You&#8217;ll play an important role in positioning the team as the partner of choice delivering high-quality solutions and services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.</p>
<p> <b>Your expertise</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry</li>
<li>sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results</li>
<li>a structured work style, confident working autonomously</li>
<li>comfort working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a dynamic team</li>
<li>effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others</li>
<li>team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities</li>
<li>good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels</li>
<li>excellent skills in English (oral and written), further languages are an asset</li>
