<p> <b>Job Brief</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.</li>
<li>As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.</li>
<li>You will work closely with our kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace, assist with food preparation, and help with various tasks.</li>
<li>Your role will be essential in delivering high-quality meals to our customers and ensuring a positive dining experience.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Job Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.</li>
<li>Wash, peel, and clean vegetables and fruits.</li>
<li>Organize and stock kitchen supplies and ingredients.</li>
<li>Assist with food assembly and plating.</li>
<li>Operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, ovens, and grills.</li>
<li>Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.</li>
<li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications &; Experience</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Should possess an OND or a minimum of SSCE qualification.</li>
<li>1 – 4 years relevant work experience in hospitality Industries.</li>
</ul>
<p> Knowledge, Skills, Competencies &; Abilities: </p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required.</li>
<li>A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li>
