<p>The Lagos State Government launched an investigation into the tragic incident, sparking intense online discussions.</p>
<p>In a recent interview with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), the deceased’s husband described her passing as a nightmare.</p>
<p>According to him, they only had introduction and wedding plans were underway before the tragedy struck.</p>
<p><em>“We get plan to do our ten year wedding this year, </em><em>na only introduction we don do”, </em>He stated.</p>
<p>He further revealed he has no regrets about not using a hospital, noting that their two children weren’t born in a hospital.</p>
