<p> <b>JOB SUMMARY:</b><br />
 <br /> Warehouse Generalist will be assigned a core work area but is required to be cross-trained and able to fulfill business needs in all areas of the Warehouse both in Swiftwater and 3PL warehouses (Scranton, PA) within the *** Network . These tasks will include the support of current warehouse staff in the implementation stages of iShift enterprise resource planning system.</p>
<p> <b>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br />
 <br /> Outbound Shipping Duties<br />
 <br /> Pickup and delivery of product (WIP, bulk and finished product), materials and equipment within the Swiftwater site, while maintaining accurate transport logs.<br />
 <br /> Processing external shipments in a safe and compliant manner, while following hazmat/dangerous goods, cold-chain and chain-of-custody internal and external procedures and regulations (FDA, IATA, DOT, TSA, etc.)<br />
 <br /> Proactively communicate shipment status to internal and external customers.<br />
 <br /> Inventory control of all materials within the SAP system as transacted in conjunction with Goods Receipts for Purchase Order(s) and/or outbound deliveries as set forth in the departmental SOPs.<br />
 <br /> Management of B72 temperature charts, cycle counts, forklift inspections, and record retention.<br />
 <br /> The Warehouse generalist will also be responsible for performing all raw material goods receipt for valid Purchase Order execution within SAP; non-batch, batch and quality managed batch-controlled material. Further responsible for the post goods receipt put away, storage and order picking of all warehoused material in accordance with good cGMP practices and as set forth in departmental SOPs. Additionally responsible for inter-plant delivery, inventory control, proper certifications for maintaining licensure for the operation of powered material handling equipment and the administration functions required to support departmental operations. This position reports to and supports the Warehouse/ Logtistics Operations manager, who is ultimately responsible for the management and leadership of the Warehouse and Logistics Operations team within the US Materials Management Group of Swiftwater Industrial Operations. This position will have interactions focused mostly on Production support but, also plant-wide with Site Services, Finance &; Administration, Industrial Operations, CommOps, Outside Transportation Services, Outside Vendors, Regulatory Agencies, and Outside Contractors/Consultants.</p>
