<p> The Manager, Personal Finance &; Compliance (Commerce Partnerships Manager)will be responsible for supporting Buy Side from WSJ&#8217;s commerce team by growing affiliate revenue and managing all compliance requests and updates for credit card, tax, and other finance categories. This is a highly collaborative role that will interact closely across multiple Dow Jones business units in order to execute on KPIs. The position reports directly to the Director of Commerce Partnerships.</p>
<p> <b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p> Buy Side Content</p>
<p> Organize and manage subaffiliate and direct partner offerings via modules, links, banner ads, product cards, etc.</p>
<p> Manage relationships with agencies, networks, and partners</p>
<p> Monitor onsite ads and work with partners to create, refine, and update to improve conversion</p>
<p> Meet with editorial to address upcoming content, answer monetization questions, etc.</p>
<p> Develop expertise across finance categories</p>
<p> Optimize ads and links in content</p>
<p> Track performance and provide regular reporting</p>
<p> Evaluate potential new partnerships</p>
<p> Negotiate commission rates, revenue shares, and other payment terms</p>
<p> Secure and facilitate exclusive deals for the Buy Side Exclusives platform</p>
<p> <b>Compliance</b></p>
<p> Manage all compliance requests and updates for credit card, tax, and any other relevant categories</p>
<p> Organize compliance process and system to proactively identify all potential updates within copy and product cards.</p>
<p> Communicate with editorial around any needs for updates and edits</p>
<p> Monitor rates, fees, and terms so content is up to date across all products</p>
<p> Organize requirements for different issuers, subaffiliates, etc.</p>
<p> Create compliance documentation as needed</p>
<p> <b>Qualifications/Requirements</b></p>
<p> Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the business</p>
<p> Ability to be nimble and adaptable to change when priorities shift</p>
<p> An interest in news and media, particularly in emerging technologies and trends in the industry</p>
<p> Understanding and expertise of marketing, including developing brands through awareness and consideration and leveraging content to drive traffic, acquisition and engagement</p>
<p> Excellent project manager able to keep teams to a tight deadline and manage stakeholders at all levels across the business.</p>
<p> Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p>
<p> Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage workload effectively in a fast paced environment</p>
<p> College degree (or equivalent), preferably in marketing, communications, or a business discipline.</p>
<p> 5 -7 years working experience in media preferred</p>
