<p>Recall that Porsha Williams initiated the divorce proceedings in 2023, citing irreconcilable differences.</p>

<p>Notably, the court hearing for their divorce took place on June 11, 2025, where both parties appeared via Zoom.”</p>
<p>The hearing lasted nearly 10 hours, during which the exes had no interaction.</p>
<p>However, the judge enforced the prenup, ordering Simon to pay Porsha $40,000 in monthly alimony for up to 15 months.</p>
<p>Additionally, Porsha will retain the Rolls-Royce gifted by Simon and has partial control over their $7 million home.</p>
<p>According to the ruling, Porsha has until 2027 to decide whether she wants to stay in the $7 million home; upon choosing to remain, she’ll need to refinance and buy out Simon’s 50% stake, while he’ll continue paying the mortgage.</p>
<p>Recall that <strong>Simon Guobadia was deported to Nigeria </strong>after released from ICE custody in the US.</p>
<p>His deportation stems from issues with his immigration status, including overstaying his visa on two separate occasions.</p>
