OPPORTUNITY:
The UK Finance Director role is strategic and influential, demanding a candidate with a PE background and a profound understanding of high-growth fintech environments. Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Guide the financial strategy to align with high-growth objectives and global ambitions.
- Private Equity Experience: Leverage your experience in a Private Equity-backed environment to navigate financial structures and investor relations.
- Fintech Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, particularly within organisations experiencing rapid growth.
- Global Expansion: Contribute to the organisation’s global expansion, ensuring robust and adaptable financial frameworks.
CANDIDATE:
We are seeking a candidate with a specific set of qualifications (ideally degree educated from a top University) and experiences:
- Technical Prowess: Someone with a strong financial background ideally from a Big 4 training contract
- Private Equity Background: Proven experience in a Private Equity-backed environment, adept at managing investor relationships and financial structures.
- Fintech Acumen: Demonstrable knowledge of the fintech sector, particularly within organizations experiencing rapid growth.
- Strategic Vision: A strategic thinker capable of aligning financial goals with broader business objectives.
- Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, contributing to the establishment of a UK footprint and global expansion.
- Finance Function Oversight: Experience overseeing the entire UK finance function, including financial reporting, FP&A, and Treasury.
OFFER:
This role comes with a competitive salary in the range of £100,000 to £120,000, reflecting the pivotal nature of the position.
Additional benefits will include a generous pension, holidays, bonuses, car allowance and the possibility of LTIPs.
