<p><b>OPPORTUNITY:</b></p>
<p> The UK Finance Director role is strategic and influential, demanding a candidate with a PE background and a profound understanding of high-growth fintech environments. Responsibilities include: </p>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Financial Leadership: Guide the financial strategy to align with high-growth objectives and global ambitions.</li>
<li>Private Equity Experience: Leverage your experience in a Private Equity-backed environment to navigate financial structures and investor relations.</li>
<li>Fintech Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, particularly within organisations experiencing rapid growth.</li>
<li>Global Expansion: Contribute to the organisation&#8217;s global expansion, ensuring robust and adaptable financial frameworks.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>CANDIDATE:</b></p>
<p> We are seeking a candidate with a specific set of qualifications (ideally degree educated from a top University) and experiences: </p>
<ul>
<li>Technical Prowess: Someone with a strong financial background ideally from a Big 4 training contract</li>
<li>Private Equity Background: Proven experience in a Private Equity-backed environment, adept at managing investor relationships and financial structures.</li>
<li>Fintech Acumen: Demonstrable knowledge of the fintech sector, particularly within organizations experiencing rapid growth.</li>
<li>Strategic Vision: A strategic thinker capable of aligning financial goals with broader business objectives.</li>
<li>Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, contributing to the establishment of a UK footprint and global expansion.</li>
<li>Finance Function Oversight: Experience overseeing the entire UK finance function, including financial reporting, FP&;A, and Treasury.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>OFFER:</b></p>
<p> This role comes with a competitive salary in the range of £100,000 to £120,000, reflecting the pivotal nature of the position.</p>
