<p>A UK-based <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/Nigerian-lady"><strong>Nigerian lady</strong></a> has shared a frightening experience involving <strong>strangers</strong> who showed up at her doorstep around 9 p.m., claiming their daughter’s missing <strong>phone</strong> was traced to her home.</p>
<p>She recounted the incident in a video shared on TikTok, warning others to be cautious of potential scams or criminal tricks.</p>

<p>According to her, she was home with her child when she heard a knock at the door. At first, she ignored it, but when it persisted, she went downstairs to check.</p>
<p>Standing outside were a man, a woman, and a teenage girl, who claimed the girl had lost her phone on a bus and that it had been tracked to her house.</p>
<p>Suspicious of the claim, the lady checked both her child’s and her own bags but found nothing.</p>
<p>Despite telling the strangers there was no phone inside, they insisted it was in her house.</p>
<p>She refused to let them in and quickly called the police to report the incident.</p>
<p>In her words: “<em>Something happened to me here in the UK, on Wednesday, around 9 p.m. Someone knocked on my door. I didn’t answer at first because I wasn’t expecting anybody. The person knocked again and I had to go downstairs to see who it was.”</em></p>
<p>She continued: <em>“When I got downstairs, I saw a man, a woman, and a teenage girl. They said the girl lost her phone on a bus and that they tracked it to my house.”</em></p>
<p>Days after, she revealed that neither the strangers nor the police had returned or followed up.</p>
<p>She began to question the authenticity of the event, wondering if it was a ploy to rob or harm her.</p>
<p>She added: “<em>No police has come to my house, no police has called me. I don’t know if it’s a scam. If I opened the door that day, would they have done something to me?”</em></p>
<p>The incident has gone viral, with many online users reacting in the comment section and praising her for staying vigilant.</p>
