<li>As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for our digital platforms, ensuring an exceptional user experience.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, user flows, and user journeys.</li>
<li>Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, mockups, and interactive prototypes.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into our design processes.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.</li>
<li>Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li>
<li>Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Preferred Qualifications:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.</li>
<li>Experience with responsive and mobile design.</li>
<li>Ability to solve complex design problems and convey solutions to stakeholders.</li>
