<p> Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of learners pursuing Health and Social Care qualifications? As a Tutor in Health and Social Care, you&#8217;ll be the guiding force behind their educational journey, providing tailored support, high-quality teaching, and valuable resources to help them succeed. Your role will not only empower individuals but also contribute to the organisation&#8217;s goals and the broader community.</p>
<p> <b>Essential:</b></p>
<p> <b>You will have:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to self manage in order to manage workload effectively</li>
<li>Relationship management skills in order to develop and maintain productive relationships internally and externally</li>
<li>A customer focused approach to remain committed to understanding client aspirations, supporting their needs</li>
<li>L2 or equivalent in Functional Skills Maths, English &; ICT</li>
<li>Proven ability in project planning and meeting time, cost and quality targets</li>

<p> <b>Location:</b></p>
<p> You will be working on sites across Seaham, Sunderland and Middlesbrough. Teaching will be on Wednesday daytime and evenings.</p>
