Purpose

Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of learners pursuing Health and Social Care qualifications? As a Tutor in Health and Social Care, you’ll be the guiding force behind their educational journey, providing tailored support, high-quality teaching, and valuable resources to help them succeed. Your role will not only empower individuals but also contribute to the organisation’s goals and the broader community.

Essential:

You will have:

  • Ability to self manage in order to manage workload effectively
  • Relationship management skills in order to develop and maintain productive relationships internally and externally
  • A customer focused approach to remain committed to understanding client aspirations, supporting their needs
  • L2 or equivalent in Functional Skills Maths, English & ICT
  • Proven ability in project planning and meeting time, cost and quality targets

Location:

You will be working on sites across Seaham, Sunderland and Middlesbrough. Teaching will be on Wednesday daytime and evenings.
