<p> <b>Essential Functions &; Responsibilities:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Dive into exciting projects involving the installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of protective relaying equipment.</li>
<li>Showcase your expertise by calibrating and performing functional tests on microprocessor-based protective relays for high voltage substations.</li>
<li>Take charge of end-to-end relay testing using cutting-edge Doble ProTest software or Protection Suite.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate your professional skills in protective relay logic, protection schemes, and write-ups, while creating comprehensive documentation of test plans related to full commissioning substations.</li>
<li>Show off your knowledge of Doble ProTest or Protection Suite, and let your technical prowess shine.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as a proven commitment to safety and customer service.</li>
<li>You must be 18 years of age or older to apply.</li>
<li>Valid driver s license preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Education &; Experience:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>We value hands-on experience installing, maintaining, testing &; repairing protective relays in high voltage substations.</li>
<li>Experience with installing, maintaining, testing, &; repairing circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, and similar equipment.</li>
<li>Ideal experience: 5+ years for Mid-level or 8+ years for a Lead.</li>
</ul>
<p> Pre-Screen: </p>
<ul>
<li>Upon receiving an offer, you may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Physical Requirements:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>RARE (less than 10%): squatting, depth-perception, color-vision, crawling, pushing, pulling, seeing distant, climbing ladders, balancing, gripping.</li>
<li>OCCASIONAL (up to 33%): stooping, kneeling, squatting, body-twisting, sense-of-touch, manual-dexterity, lifting up to 10 lbs., lifting up to 50 lbs., lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs., climbing stairs, carrying, lifting, range-of-motion, reaching.</li>
<li>FREQUENT (up to 66%): standing, walking, sitting.</li>
<li>CONTINUOUS (up to 100%): seeing, reading, hearing-speech-range, speaking clearly.</li>
</ul>
