Nigerian singer, songwriter and entertainer Teniola Apata MON, professionally known as Teni or Teni The Entertainer, has shared her recent health battles while announcing a new project, Tears Of The Sun.
In a video posted to her Instagram, Teni announced that she was diagnosed with a throat infection in July of this year while recording her second album.
The singer mentioned that she tried many temporary treatments but was later advised by medical professionals to undergo major surgery or risk permanently losing her voice.
She was hospitalized in September and only mildly recovered her voice in October.
Thankfully, in November, she was able to return to the stage after making a full recovery.
